There should also be a separate VIP room where the bride can do last-minute preparations.  You should expect ample parking for the invited guests.  You should be given ample time for set-up and take-down.  And you should expect all-inclusive pricing, meaning simply that there are no hidden costs or hidden fees, that the price you agree upon when you sign the rental agreement is the price you pay when it is time to pay, even if you made that reservation a full year in advance.

These amenities really should be included

You should expect, in our opinion, WiFi, video equipment, and audio equipment.  You should expect tables and chairs from any event hall rental.  You should expect some sort of stage upon which the ceremony will be held at any event room rental.  You should expect roll-up doors for easy access.

Why should you expect these things at any event center, no matter the rental price? Because we believe they are staples in the rental industry, or at least we believe they should be staples.
