How large is your planned convention?

- Two VIP rooms separate from the main convention floor
- Finishing kitchen separate from the convention floor

Here’s where the rubber meets the road for anyone planning a convention: what will it cost?
We offer half-day and full-day rentals at Tarrant Events Center. That is not always the case with many event venues. Our prices range from $850 to $2500, depending upon the day and the half-day or full-day rental. You will find that rental price to be reasonable and actually quite competitive if you shop around.
And we offer all-inclusive pricing, meaning there are no hidden costs and not cost surprises after you sign your rental contract. The price you agree upon, with us, is good for an entire year, and you have our word on that.
And you save more money by doing the following . . .
You negotiate with vendors for food preparation and delivery. You negotiate with bartenders if you plan on serving alcohol. You negotiate with decorators and you negotiate with entertainers.
