We are a couple who have been in the food service industry for 30 plus years. I am a Spanish teacher during the school year and my other half runs the cart and I help when I can.
It is a 5ft by 4ft push cart that we pull with our truck. It runs on propane so no hookups are needed. We are licensed in Tarrant County and Azle and will soon be licensed in Watauga.
