We are a husband and wife team, that loves cooking, serving, and socializing with our customers.. We have a permanent Food Trailer in Desoto, south of Downtown Dallas. We’ve operated in this location for over 6 years, and we love to serve the community we live in. We also have a mobile Food Truck that we serve, businesses, churches, schools, families, large small groups. We serve some of the best smoked meats around along with some of the best soulful sides and speciality dishes. Our menu is one for Food Lovers and with tastebuds that appreciate a little love and soul in every bite.
