Tarrant Events Center has a state-of-the-art 10,000 Watt sound system and cordless microphones, professional quality, capable of handling any type of event.  Make sure you have a similar sound system available for your banquet.


It goes without saying, but it should not go without checking. WiFi is a deal-breaker for any venue rental.

Availability of on-site amenities

What is provided and what isn’t?  Tarrant Events Center is a turnkey event space rental. We provide the basics.  You provide caterers, food trucks, DJ’s, or live music.  You do the decorating.  We believe these are matters of taste and choice, and you know better than we do exactly what your vision is.  We provide recommendations for caterers and food trucks and DJ’s, people we have worked with in the past, should you need such recommendations. We have a finishing kitchen and room for a bar.  We have what you need no matter what it is you need.

Adequate room

Event planners recommend ten square feet per attendee.  If you have 100 people attending your banquet, you’ll need one-thousand square feet just for the banquet room. If you are having dancing you’ll need more room.  You’ll need more room for a bar and music.  Having outside space like you’ll find at Tarrant Events Center is a nice extra touch.  Banquet seating for 100 and cafeteria-style seating for 135, plus maximum capacity for 300.
