We put this first because, well, it is the bride’s wedding shower, after all, and you better believe she has a vision of the perfect bridal shower. All brides do!  Discuss it with her.  Find out what she would like to have, what it would look like.  Is she hoping for formal or relaxed?  Is she looking for elegant or theme-based?  Once you have answers to those questions, you can move on to the second criteria of any event space rental.

What requirements do you need in a bridal shower venue?

Now we get down to the nitty-gritty of the matter.  How many people will attend this event?  Do you need a caterer? Do you want live music?  Will you need a DJ or other entertainment?  Will one room do, or do you need several rooms?  Would you prefer an outdoor site or indoor site?

Make a list!  You might as well know right now that you may not get everything you want.  For sure there are venues available which will have everything on your list, but more often than not the budget prevents all of it from happening, so let’s now talk about that budget of yours.
