What do you think of when you think of a convention center?

Most people would say they think of large crowds,  crowds numbering in the thousands, and a building which can handle that size of crowd, and in truth, most “convention centers” are that large.

But what about the organizations which do not need that large of a space? What about events which will only draw a couple hundred people?  Surely there are event space rental venues which are tailor made for smaller events?

The size of Tarrant Events Center

Our facility can handle groups between 50-300, and it is priced accordingly.  Size matters when talking about event venues.   You do not want to pay for a building which can hold 2,000 people when all you need is room for 200.  We price according to the groups who are our target audience, a very reasonable price for small-to-medium sized events.

We have banquet seating for up to one-hundred, and auditorium seating for up to one-thirty-five.  We offer ample parking and we have overflow parking.

What about food at our event hall rental

We have an event hall rental.  We are not caterers.  We do not claim to have any expertise in food preparation . . . but . . . we have a finishing kitchen if you want to bring in caterers, which many of our clients do, and we have a list of food trucks (economically your best option) who will park in our outside courtyard and provide all manner of cuisine for your event.

What else at our event venue?

At Tarrant Events Center you will find something you won’t find at very many other small event spaces for rent, and that is an outdoor area for convention attendees.  We boast one acre of property which you are free to roam.  Stretch your legs or sit down at a picnic table during breaks in the event.  Get some fresh air or make business contacts with people you just met.  This is a wonderful feature which is quite unique for convention centers.

We have everything the large convention centers have

We have tables, we have chairs, and we have linens.  We have a 10,000 Watt sound system, and we have six-fifty inch monitors throughout the building.  Cordless microphones for your speakers?  Of course!  And we have something you won’t find in the large convention centers . . . we have Texas ambiance and an attention to detail which you, the customer, will appreciate.
