Tables, chairs, and linens

This goes without saying, but you might be surprised by the number of people who forget to inquire about this matter. Tarrant Events Center can handle a little over one-hundred seated at banquet tables, and over one-thirty-five seated at auditorium tables.  Chairs and linens are, of course, included, and we have several ways to arrange tables for you to choose from.

Audio and video

A 10,000-watt sound system, cordless microphones, six-50” video monitors, a moveable stage, and WiFi – that’s what you will find at Tarrant Events Center, and that’s what you should look for in any venues in Fort Worth.

Food preparation

Tarrant Events Center provides clients with options. We have a finished and highly functional kitchen should you choose to bring in caterers for your dining pleasure. We have recommended food trucks if you opt for many options, convenience, and ease of clean-up.  Unlike many restaurant dining rooms where you have to purchase meals from the restaurant at an inflated cost, we give you options at our facility.

Ample parking

Ample parking plus overflow parking! We believe this to be crucial for any event at any event venue.

And now, the extras

Are you serving alcohol at this event? If so, is it possible at the venues you are looking at? Tarrant Events Center allows BYOB, if you should choose. We can also recommend experienced bartenders for your event.

Is there an outdoor space where your attendees can stretch their legs and possible smoke? Tarrant Events Center has over one-acre of shaded outdoor space just for that purpose.

Can you rent the venue by the half-day if that’s all you need?  At Tarrant Events Center you can, for a lower price. Why pay for what you won’t use?
