All-inclusive pricing

Pay very close attention to this section. All-inclusive pricing means there are no surprises.  If you take a look on our website on our pricing link, you will see all of our pricing information for half-day rentals and full-day rentals.  Those prices are etched in stone. There are no hidden fees. When you sign a contract with Tarrant Events Center, that is the price you will be quoted and that is the price you will pay. Period, end of story.  We do not come to you later and say oops, we forgot to mention this additional fee.  We simply don’t do that, and because we don’t do it, there is no confusion and certainly no hard feelings.  You can plan your birthday party budget and know that your budget will not change.

We provide the basics at Tarrant Events Center, and those basics include the following:

  • Linens
  • Parking and overflow parking
  • One-plus acre of shaded outdoor area
  • 10,000-watt sound system

In other words, everything you need at Stage 1 of your planning and set-up.

Freedom on your part

And this is Stage 2 of your planning and set-up, and it is completely up to you. Unlike some event space rentals, we do not require you to purchase your food through us, or use our suggested DJ’s, or have us do set-up. We turn that all over to you.  If you want a caterer, great! If you want food trucks, great! If you want jugglers and clowns, great!  You have the freedom to do whatever you want to do once you’ve paid the rental fee.  We just ask that you have it all torn down and vacated at the allotted time.  Other than that, we say GO FOR IT and HAVE FUN with your birthday party.

We are locally owned and operated, which means we have a vested interest in your event coming off smoothly. We want you to come back to us for more events. We want you to tell your friends about us.  You are our neighbor and we want you happy.

We are perfectly located for easy access, just off Denton Highway in Haltom City.

And we are the new kids on the block, Fort Worth’s newest event venue, which means we have to work extra hard to impress you, and that’s an easy promise for us to make: we will work extra hard to make sure you are satisfied.
