The good news is this: In any decent-sized city, you have many, many options for birthday party venues. The bad news is this: You have many options, which makes it difficult to choose from so many. Our suggestion: Start with a budget and do not budge from that budget. After that, make a list of things you absolutely insist upon having at the party venue. Once you have done those two things you will have whittled down your list of possibilities, making the search mush easier.
What you can expect to pay for birthday party venues.
There is no easy answer to this question about party room rentals. Party venues range from $500 per event to over five thousand dollars per event, and everywhere in-between. Add to that the price of food, entertainment, and decorations.
What are all inclusive party venues?
The term all-inclusive is usually seen with regards to a vacation package. In that case, it generally means that room, food, and events are all included in the vacation package; that you only pay one payment and everything is included in that payment.
With regards to party venues, all inclusive can mean one of two things. Either it means that the price you pay will include everything you need for your party i.e. food, decorations, tables, servers, etc., or, in this case, it means you will only pay one price, that price will include everything agreed upon in the rental contract, and there will be no surcharges or hidden fees.
This is an important distinction.
Tarrant Events Center is an all inclusive party venue, and it is important to understand what that means. We do not provide food. We do not provide entertainment or decorations or servers. We do not charge you for any of that, and that is stated in our rental agreements. What we do provide are ten floor plans to choose from, tables, chairs, a moving stage, large screen video monitors, a finishing kitchen, two VIP room, and over an acre of landscaped grounds. We are a BYOB and BYOF facility. We can give you names of caterers we recommend; we can give you names of good decorators; but we do not charge you for any of that.
And, at the end of the event, there will be no surprises surcharges. What we agree upon at the time of the reservation is what you will pay at the end. Period!
