The absolute minimum you should expect
Let’s look at the basics, which should come with any wedding venue:
- Tables and chairs
- Various floor designs
- WiFi
- Good audio and video equipment
- Ample parking
These things are the basics. If they are not included in the contract, do not sign the contract. Let’s briefly look at each of them.
Tables and chairs
Make sure there are enough tables and chairs for your wedding guests. Make sure the wedding venue has the capacity to handle all of your guests plus the tables and chairs.
Floor designs
Most wedding venues are set up in a rectangular shape, but perhaps that is not the design you want for your wedding plan. Places like Tarrant Events Center have multiple floor plans to choose from, including a moveable stage. That kind of flexibility increase the chances that you will make your vision a reality.
WiFi
We shouldn’t even have to mention this, but amazingly some wedding venues do not have WiFi. This is a must!
Audio and Video
State-of-the-art audio equipment, and multiple big screens for viewing convenience no matter where you sit during the wedding – we believe you should insist on these things.
Parking
Parking plus overflow parking. Don’t inconvenience your wedding guest by making them walk a couple blocks from their parking spots.
And now a look at the extras
Those were the basics, but the good wedding venues offer more for the same price. At Tarrant Events Center, we believe the sign or quality is in the little details. We offer two separate VIP rooms for preparations and primping. We offer a finishing kitchen in case you want to hold the reception at the same venue. We offer half-day and full-day rentals, and we offer all inclusive pricing.
All of that on over one-acre of landscaped grounds, meaning you can plan on having indoor wedding venues or outdoor wedding venues at our site AND meaning you have the room to have the wedding plus the reception at the same location, a huge convenience for those attending both events.
