What we offer at Tarrant Events Center
We offer freedom, we offer one of the largest venues in the county, and we offer all-inclusive pricing. Our prices range from $850 to $2500, depending upon half- day or full-day rental and the day of the week you want your event, weekends always costing more than week days. There are no hidden fees in that price, and that price is good for one year after signing the contract.

What we don’t offer at our wedding venue
Please note in that list above that we do not offer catering, we do not offer bartending services, we do not offer entertainment, decorations, set-up or take-down. We do this for two reasons: one, you are the one with a vision, and you are the one best-suited to achieve that wedding visions; and two, it is much less-expensive if you work with individual vendors for those other services. You can negotiate prices so that you can get exactly what you want at the price you can afford. Trust us when we tell you this is the financially-responsible way to handle these things.
We can suggest caterers we have worked with. We can suggest food trucks and entertainers and decorators, but the final decision, and the price-negotiation, is up to you.
Reserve one year in advance
We highly, and strongly, recommend that you reserve an event hall rental as soon as possible so you can lock in on the lower prices AND so you can make sure you have a place reserved for the date you need. During traditional wedding months like May and June, cheap wedding venues go fast, and we don’t want to see you settling for the VFW hall if at all possible, not if you want something a bit grander.
