Whether you are aware of it or not, most party room rentals only have one floor plan. This is by design, and the key behind it is the fact that it is simple. Usually a rectangular party hall, chairs and tables aligned in the traditional manner, and as the client you are paying for that traditional layout. Mind you, it may not match your vision of a party space rental, or your vision of the perfect party, but that’s just the breaks of the game. The customer can adjust and that’s all there is to it.

There are, however, a few in each large city which offer options in floor plans. Either the event hall rental was designed that way, with options built in, or the management has the ability to partition off portions of the room, or the floor plan can be altered by moving around other portions of the room, which we will explain shortly.
This may mean a bit more planning on the part of management, or it may require a bit more work in setting up the room for an upcoming event, but it also means more clients have a better chance of seeing their visions come to life.
