Consider the average wedding venue. Without a doubt the leasing company has already decorated in some wedding theme. The same can be said for the average birthday venue.  You walk into a place like that and you instantly know you are in a birthday venue.  But do those decorations, for weddings or birthdays or receptions, match the vision you have for your event?

Added costs

The other problem you face is that the pre-existing decorations are added into the cost of the event center rental.  Instead of paying for a blank canvas, so to speak, you are paying, in part, for the paint already on that canvas.  Let’s assume you have a budget for your event. Our events center is that blank canvas we spoke of earlier. We are an events center which can handle any event, from 50-300 people, and with our acre of landscaped grounds, we are good for indoor and outdoor events.

How does it work?

Walk into Tarrant Events Center and you will find a large, modern, industrial-style center. There are also two VIP rooms separate from the main room, as well as a full-kitchen.  There are no decorations. There is no theme. There is a movable stage. There are various floor plans available. There are microphones, tables, chairs, large video monitors, and more options than you can shake a stick at.

The rest is up to you!  You arrange for the decorations.  You arrange for the food, the drinks, and the entertainment, which saves you money because you will be negotiating with various vendors for the best price.  You turn our blank space into the event you envisioned, and you do it at a fair, competitive price, renting for half-day or full-day, whichever you need.  You save money doing it our way, you attain the vision you had, and you stay within your budget.
