Our prices at Tarrant Event Center
We rent by the half-day and the full-day, so our prices range from $850-$2500 depending upon the day of the week. Our prices are all-inclusive, meaning there are no surprises. When we quote you a price, say a year in advance of your wedding, that’s the price you will pay in the end. There are no hidden fees. There are no shocker additions to ruin your budget.
What does that price get you?
That all-inclusive price includes chairs, tables, a movable stage, cordless microphones, two VIP rooms off the main room, WiFi, six large monitors, a state-of-the-art sound system, full-kitchen, variable floor plans, ample parking, and one acre of landscaped grounds for indoor our outdoor wedding venues.

Two for the price of one
Quite often our clients hold the wedding and the reception at our location, eliminating the hassle of having guests move from one wedding location to a reception location. At Tarrant Events Center, you can have the wedding outside and the reception inside, or vice versa. You can have both events in the same room if you choose. The beauty of Tarrant Events Center is the ease with which it can accommodate any type of event with a minimum of hassle. Why pay for two venues when one will suffice with ease?
What is not included in our rental price
We do not arrange for caterers for you. We do not get involved in set-up or take-down. We do not arrange for decorating or entertainment. We keep our prices down, for you, by giving you the freedom to contract for those things on your own. We do not lock you into a particular “vision” because we have no vision. We are simply an event venue; what our venue looks like after you do your magic is your business, and we have found our way of doing things saves money for our clients in the long run.
