Any discussion of rental cost comes with this disclaimer: Costs change month to month in this industry, so quoting an actual cost in January, 2024, is really an exercise in futility.
We can tell you what the cost range is at this time, but if you are reading this in 2025, well, things change. Right now, in Fort Worth, you can rent a location for a wedding party for between $500 and $5000 per event. Give or take a couple thousand dollars, that is true of most cities in the U.S. $500 might get you a decent backroom in a local restaurant, or the VFW hall for a nigh. $5000 might get you the local civic center, or a popular tourist location.
Please note, though, that those prices only include the actual rental of the physical location.
Secondary costs of an after wedding party.
This is where this discussion becomes pricey. Add to the rental price the cost of food i.e. a caterer. Add the price of decorations. Will you have entertainment? Will you need servers?
