Where is our banquet hall?

Tarrant Events Center is located at 5230 Denton Hwy. | Fort Worth, TX 7611, right off of Highway 377 and Texas Expressway 185, a convenient location, minutes from most of the city.  It offers very easy access, in and out, with ample parking plus overflow parking if necessary.  The structure itself is over 5,000 square feet, with an acre+ of landscaped grounds, perfect for guests who want to stretch their legs during, or after, the meal.

The cost of our banquet hall

Our prices for our event center range from $2000-$3000 for a full day, depending upon the day of the week you lease it, and the full-day rental is from 8:00 a.m. to closing, which is either 11:00 p.m. or midnight, again depending upon the day you rent it.  That is ample time for set up and take down, and a much longer rental period than you will find at any event space rental in the city.

But the rental fee only tells part of the story, and we promised you that our event hall rental was affordable.  First, let us say that we offer all-inclusive pricing, meaning there are no hidden fees or surcharges. The price you contract for is the price you will pay.

But, that is only part of the story about our affordability.

How is that affordable?

The real money is saved at Tarrant Events Center because we are a BYOB and BYOF event center.  Instead of our clients having to contract with vendors from our “preferred list,” like you will find at so many event centers, we give you the freedom to negotiate prices from whichever vendor or caterer you wish . . . or . . . you can prepare the food yourself, and really save serious cash.

In addition, we have no contracted list of entertainment or decorators. We are not affiliated with anyone, again giving you the freedom to contract with anyone you want or, as earlier stated, do the jobs yourself.  This may not seem like an important issue until you actually look at the price involved with catering (usually in the $50-$75 per head range), or decorators and/or entertainment (a couple thousand dollars).

The rental price is at the low end of the rental spectrum.  Certainly, you can find an event room rental for less that $2000, but we assume you are looking for an intimate, attractive venue for your event, and not some budget hall which has the feel of a budget event.

Is this all affordable for everyone? Of course not, but it is affordable when compared to other venues, and our DIY policy makes it affordable for practically anyone looking to host a banquet.
