The pricing for a party space rental can be as low as $500 per event and as high as $10,000 per event. These prices are dictated, in part, by the competition within any given city, and by incidentals like location and reputation.
A low price does not necessarily mean poor quality; a high price, conversely, does not necessarily mean outstanding quality. Do not assume either.
The other important factor to understand regarding pricing is what is included in that rental price? Is it just the party hall rentals? Tables included? Chairs? Linens? Servers/wait staff? These are things which most customers fail to understand; one size does not fit all in party room rentals, and each rental location is unique in nature.

Tarrant Events Center offers all-inclusive pricing, which simply means that there are no hidden fees or surcharges in our price structure. The price you agree upon when signing the rental contract is the final price you will pay. Period!

Read the rental contract, read it again, and then insist upon all-inclusive pricing. If they will not grant it, move on to the next rental location.

This is important, so pay close attention: Every single event space rental is unique. They are all different. They all offer something a little bit different, and that is all well and good, but can they match the vision you have for your party? Can their structure/building meet the needs you have?
What do we mean by flexibility? Tarrant Events Center has ten floor plans to choose from. We have a moveable stage. We have two VIP rooms in addition to the main event room. We have a finishing kitchen and we have over an acre of landscaped grounds. All of those features add to the flexibility of design and make our venue more attractive to a larger number of clients.
