Why pay a caterer for your party when you can do the food preparation yourself? Save, literally, hundreds of dollars by either cooking the food yourself or having trusted friends and family members do it. Find a party room rental which has a finishing kitchen, like Tarrant Events Center, and prepare the food in that kitchen, or prepare it at home and keep it refrigerated in the finishing kitchen until it is time to serve.
