In any major city, the prices for a party space rental are all over the board. You can pay as little as $250 for a half-day rental, or you can pay as much as $10,000 for a full-day party room rental. Make a checklist of things you need for your event, and then go down that checklist with every event center you visit.

The very least you should expect with a party space rental
In our opinion, the very least you should expect are tables and chairs, WiFi, audio and video systems, and ample parking. Those are the minimums you should get with any event room rental. Anything over and above that is pure gravy.
