Rental prices increase periodically at event centers, and you can protect yourself from the next price increase by renting a full year in advance, thus locking your rental agreement into that agreed upon price. Once you sign that rental agreement, you are protected against any subsequent price increase which may occur during the upcoming year, and that can easily save you hundreds of dollars.
Adopt a DIY attitude and save
We are going to say it again . . . do it yourself! Do you know any musicians who will work for less than the industry standard? Hire them.
