The good news is this: many reputable event hall rental locations, like our own Tarrant Events Center, take reservations a full year in advance. This is the route you want to take in planning for any event. A full year allows you time to study the layout of the event space rental, plan your party accordingly, and probably just as importantly, mark one more item off of your to-do list.
Reserving an party space rental a full year in advance also locks you in on a price, an important consideration, protecting you from any price increases which may occur during that year you already hold the reservation. This could mean several hundred dollars in savings.
Always ask for all-inclusive pricing with your New Years Eve party venue
Speaking of savings on party room rentals, always ask for all-inclusive pricing when reserving any party venue. This simply means that there will be no hidden fees and last-minute surcharges tacked onto your bill. You will want this in writing, on the contract, a protection, of sorts, against any unscrupulous price increases or any misunderstandings.
Which also relates to the contract itself. Make sure you are very clear in how that contract reads. Make sure everything you believe is included in that rental is actually included. Make sure you understand the amount of time you have for setting up, the amount of time you have for taking down and cleaning up, and the number of items which will be provided by the event center management team. Clarity of understanding is crucial to insure that your party will go off without a hitch, and you won’t be left embarrassed when something does not happen which you had planned on happening.
Searching in a time crunch for an event center
If you are short on time, and frantically looking for a venue, good luck to you. There are venues available, even with one or two months remaining, but you will be in a position to take whatever is available, at whatever price they choose to charge you, and that is not an enviable position to be in.
