Yes, price is important, but consider this: Not all party room rentals are designed in such a way that they can meet your needs. It is for that reason that our own Tarrant Events Center was designed with flexibility in mind. What do we mean by flexibility? You might be planning the greatest party ever seen in your area, but if that party if hard to travel to, or in a sketchy part of the city, your attendance will suffer. Our suggestion is a central location which has easy access to major roads. It should also have ample parking and overflow parking.
And what about the weather? We would be remiss if we did not mention Mother Nature. If you are planning an outdoor party, beware. We do not say that to discourage you but rather to help you prepare for a very real possibility. No matter the time of year, Ma Nature can wield a pretty nasty temper tantrum if she wants to. What are you going to do if a storm blows in the day of your party, and you have rented an outdoor party venue?

What is all-inclusive pricing? It is pricing the way it always should be. No surcharges, no hidden fees, no shady dealings. The price you agree upon for the rental is the price you will pay at the end of the event. Period! It seems ridiculous that we would even need to mention it, but there are some venues which are not, shall we say, above board with their information sharing. Insist on all-inclusive pricing.
