The prom party can either be held at the home of a student, or held at some event room rental. Tarrant Events Center offers a choice of ten floor plans. We do this because we know not all visions are the same. We give you options so your vision can be obtained. We also offer a moveable stage, for the same reason.
We have a finishing kitchen where food can be kept warm, if you have caterers, or where you can prepare food if you are doing it yourself.
We have six large video monitors so that no matter where you are seated you have a good view of the activities. We have a state-of-the art sound system for that entertainment, and we have WiFi.
In addition to the indoor venue, we also have over one-acre of landscaped grounds, and two VIP rooms in addition to the main dance and dining room.
Unlike many party venues, we offer half-day and full-day rentals, and perhaps most-importantly, we offer all-inclusive pricing, meaning there are no hidden costs. We take reservations a full-year in advance.
