What does the event venue cost?
The thing to note about Tarrant Events Center is this important fact: we offer all inclusive pricing, which simply means the price you are quoted when you sign the contract is the price you will pay. There are no hidden fees. There are no added costs tacked on at the end. There are no “whoops, we forgot to mention this fee” discussions. We quote you a price for a half-day rental or a full-day rental, and that price is etched in the proverbial stone.
Our word is our bond, and our reputation is based on that integrity at Tarrant Events Center. It is our belief that cost is not as important to people renting venue rental space as integrity is. People don’t like surprises. They have a budget for a venue rental and they want to know their budget will not be altered with a surprise charge.
We will not do that at Tarrant Events Center with our event center.
What’s included in that rental price?
We are what is known as a turnkey event space. We offer the basics you would need for any type of event, and we leave the incidentals like food, decorations, entertainment, etc. up to you to negotiate with individual vendors. What we offer is listed below:

- 10,000-watt sound system
- Six 50” monitors
- Cordless microphones
- WiFi
- Ample parking plus overflow parking
- Indoor and outdoor venues
- Moveable stage
- Various floor plans
- Full kitchen
Those things are needed no matter what type of social event you are planning. We can give you recommendations for caterers. We can give you recommendations for food trucks and DJ’s and bartenders, but after we make those recommendations, we leave the final decisions up to you. It is, after all, your social event. You have the vision of what it will look like, and you are the best person to make that vision a reality. We just provide you with the basics to make it happen. Everything listed above is included in the pricing quote we give you. Again, there are no surprises with Tarrant Events Center.
