Sweet 16 venues vision and needs.

If it is a tradition in your family to hold a Sweet 16 birthday party, or it is a tradition you wish to start, chances are excellent that you have given it a great amount of time and, in your mind, you can see what it looks like and how it will play out during the party.  You can see the decorations, you can see the people, you can hear the music, and you can taste the food.  That is how we humans are, and that is how we humans will always be.  We see an event in our minds before that event happens.

With such a party, it then becomes important to find a party venue which gives you the empty palate upon which you can paint your masterpiece.  In other words, you need a party space rental which will “work” with your vision.

Other than cost, this is the most important criteria to follow once you begin looking at Sweet 16 venues, in earnest, at possible party room rental options.

It all depends upon what is allowed at the party venues.

Some things are within your control, things like decorations, things like music, and things like food.  Some things are not in your control, like weather if you had planned on an outdoor celebration.

What you will want to do is find a party hall rental which has the capability to handle the things you need to do.  Is it allowed by fire codes to have the number of guests on your guest list?  Does it have a kitchen if you wanted to prepare the food yourself rather than hire a caterer? Does it have a stage and sound system if you wanted live entertainment?

Having a Sweet 16 venues checklist of “must have” features will quickly narrow down your search to a few, making your search much easier.

And, renting a party venue which gives you the best chance at success will make this whole process that much easier.

Our suggestion to you: Look for flexibility. With it, you can handle the hiccups as they occur during planning. Without it, you are stuck in a vision not of your making.
