party room rentals

The title of this article is a bit confusing and misleading; in truth, there is no average price of party room rentals.  There are so many rooms which could be described as party rooms, and they come in such a wide range of sizes, shapes, and themes, that it is impossible to give an average price. We can, however, talk about the range of prices you can expect, and we can also talk about the secondary costs of renting a party space rental, so that’s what we will do.

We are Tarrant Events Center, one of the premier party room rentals in Fort Worth. Call us at 817-996-3636 for information about renting our party venue rental.

And now, to the business at hand.

The average price of party room rentals

As stated, there is no average price for party venues.  Using Fort Worth as an example, we can find you a room, which is called a party venue rental, for as little as $100.  We can also find you a “party venue” which will cost you $10,000.  And, if you give us an hour, we can make a list of other party venues which all fall within that considerable price range.

Depending upon what you are looking for, that is very good news for anyone looking for a party room in Fort Worth.  Please note, however, we said nothing about quality, or the amenities which come with that rental.  If, for example, you can rent a party venue for $100, but you then must go out and rent tables, rent chairs, rent an audio and video system, and perhaps even rent a portable stage, that $100 will increase very, very quickly.

Using our own events center for a talking point, our rental prices range from $2000-$3000, depending upon the day of the week.  Yes, that is more than $100 per event, but we also include tables, chairs, a moveable stage, two VIP rooms, a finishing kitchen, ten floor plans, an audio system with wireless mikes, a video system with multiple large screen monitors, and over an acre of landscaped grounds.

What is the point we are trying to make: quite often, when renting a room for an event, you get what you pay for!

Secondary costs associated with party room rentals

We would be remiss if we did not mention the secondary costs associated with party room rentals. We are talking, of course, about the cost of food, the cost of decorations, the cost of entertainment, and the cost of set-up and take-down.  These can easily add another couple thousand dollars to the discussion.

How to save money on your party

You can save money, of course, on these secondary expenses by doing most of those things yourself.  Preparing party food, decorating, finding inexpensive entertainment, these are things which can be arranged for considerably less money than you might pay if you hired professionals.

A final word on this discussion: a party worth having is going to cost you money, but you can control just how much money you spend by being creative in your planning and saving money in a variety of ways.
