#1 An event venue must be flexible in design.

There is a very good reason why Tarrant Events Center is so popular in the Fort Worth Metro are, and that reason is our flexibility of design.  Our flexibility makes it possible for us to be many things for many clients.

What do we mean by flexibility of design?  Just a partial list of what we have to offer clients:

What is all inclusive pricing?  We do not believe in surprise regarding cost, and we do not believe in sneaky business practices. All inclusive pricing simply means that the price you pay will be the price we agreed upon when signing the rental agreement.  There are no hidden surcharges. There are no hidden fees.

This may seem self-evident to anyone signing a rental agreement, but we know from experience it is not, and we vow we will never take part in that kind of shady business practice.

#3 on our list if ample parking plus overflow parking, which we believe is vitally important in keeping your attendees happy.  Nothing negatively affects the mood of an event more than attendees having to park a quarter-mile away and having to walk through the heat or rain to the main event.

#4 we like to call the helpful staff incentive.  You, the client, should feel it the first time you contact a leasing agent about leasing their event hall.  It should be the vibe which says you are the most important client they have.  You are spending good money, hard-earned money, for the rental; the very least you should expect is to be treated like your money is appreciated.

#5, to wrap this up, is the freedom to DIY.  Whether you know it or not, some event hall rentals require that you buy your food from a caterer on their list, or your alcohol from a liquor company on their list, or entertainment from a list they provide you.  Yes, this is a thing, and it can cost you dearly.  At Tarrant Events Center, we can make recommendations for you, but we in no way will require you to listen to our recommendations.
