What to expect takes into account some rather poor choices of wedding venues, found in any city, based solely on low prices but few amenities. Flexibility
The wedding is your dream come true, and you should have the flexibility to make that dream a reality. Flexibility allows you to do that. Let’s use Tarrant Events Center for an example of flexibility. We have ten floor plans to choose from. We have a movable stage which we can make smaller or larger. We have a finishing kitchen and two VIP rooms. We allow you to negotiate with food vendors, entertainment providers, and decorators. We give you a blank canvas and tell you to pain the picture you have in your mind.
All-inclusive pricing
No hidden fees! No last-minute hidden costs? Sign a leasing agreement with Tarrant Events Center, and you can sign on a full year in advance, and the price you agreed upon is the price you will pay when the event occurs, not a penny more, no negative surprises at the last minute, no gauging you, no nickel-and-diming you, just the pre-agreed upon price and nothing more.
Ample Parking
The last thing you want is for the wedding party, and guests, to have to park blocks away and walk to the wedding ceremony. Make sure parking is available, ample parking plus overflow parking.
Indoor and Outdoor options
Tarrant Events Center offers what you need for indoor wedding venues, but we also have over one-acre of landscaped grounds, giving you the outdoor wedding venues option, or perhaps an indoor wedding and outdoor wedding party. You may not want the option, but we believe it is a nice option to have. Or just having a place where guests can go outside, in privacy, for some air and a walk-around is nice.
