You can set up partitions at our venue. You can configure it any way you prefer to meet your needs, but not all venues are that flexible, so inquire about it before signing a contract.
Cost of the event space rental
The cost of an event hall rental rarely changes. It is possible there will be an off-season discount for a meeting space, but that is rare. In a city like Fort Worth, there is no “off-season,” so money must be saved on amenities. Do you need your meeting catered? You can save money by shopping around for the best price in caterers. Tarrant Events Center simply rents the venue at a very reasonable and competitive all inclusive pricing. We let our customers negotiate for a good price on amenities.
Ample parking
There should not only be immediate parking at the venue site, but overflow parking as well, similar to what you will find at Tarrant Events Center. We can handle attendance of between 10-275 people, and we have the parking for that top figure.
Indoor and outdoor options
We touched on this earlier. It is nice to have options. Options allows you to split up into groups and have separate meetings. And it is nice to be able to go outside for a breather during a lengthy meeting. Tarrant Events Center has both available to our customers, making it rather unique among Fort Worth event centers.
