Reserve rental space
The sooner the better. Most party hall rentals, like our Tarrant Events Center, can be reserved a year in advance.
Budget
What can you expect to pay for an event center, and what is your budget? Tarrant Events Center costs between $850 and $2500, depending upon half-day or full-day rentals and the day of the week you rent. Those prices are average to below average the industry standard price range.
Vision/theme
Determine if your party will have a theme or simply a general party vibe. Some party spaces already have a theme which may or may not match your theme/vision. We suggest you keep looking until you find a party space which can match what you envision to be the perfect party space.
Vendors
Save money by negotiating with food vendors, bartenders, musicians, etc. At Tarrant Events Center, you can prepare the food yourself, hire a caterer, or arrange for food trucks. We find our customers appreciate the freedom of that arrangement, and they save quite a bit of money by negotiating prices.
Responsibilities
Don’t try to do this all by yourself. Planning a party is a huge undertaking. Find people you trust and give them equal responsibility in the planning and set-up. Success in party planning is much easier to attain if several like-minded, motivated people are working on the planning.

What do we mean by flexible party space? Tarrant Events Center has ten floor plans to choose from. We have two table options. We have a moveable stage. We have an indoor facility plus over one-acre of landscaped grounds. We have a finishing kitchen plus two VIP rooms separate from the main room.
Those kinds of options give you the flexibility you need to attain your vision. Look for similar options when you are out looking for an event space rental. The more options you have, the easier your planning and execution will go for you.
