party venues

Renting party venues is not a standard procedure from city to city in the United States, and that is why it is so important that you read this article. We are about to share some industry insider information you will find valuable.

We are Tarrant Events Center, serving the Greater Fort Worth area with our all-purpose event center.  Call us at 817-996-3636 for more information.

Okay, let’s get to that insider information.

Renting party venues is a very competitive industry.

We mention this point because competition means a variance in rental fees.  Put another way, consider this: If there was only one party venue in your city, the owner of that event space rental would be free to charge a rental fee of whatever they wanted to charge, and their incentive would be to make as much money as possible.

Competition levels the playing field, and it means a wider range of rental fees.  In a large city like Fort Worth, an event room rental can cost anywhere from $500 per event to more than $5,000 per event.  Our own Tarrant Events Center rents for $2000-$3000 per event, depending upon the day of the week, and that is close to the average rental fee in Fort Worth.

Our point: Shop around for the best deal.

Renting party venues is not a cookie-cutter situation.

Not all party room rentals are the same, nor are the incidentals offered in the rental agreement.

Let’s again look at Tarrant Events Center as an example.  Our party space rental includes two VIP rooms, a finishing kitchen, ten floor plans, a moveable stage, large screen monitors, and over an acre of landscaped grounds.  This is in no way standard among the many party space rentals in Fort Worth.

Our point: Shop around for the best deal and for the event center which most closely matches your vision of the perfect party.

Adopt a DIY attitude for the greatest savings.

Would you like to save money during this party planning process? Of course, you would. Very few of us have unlimited budgets when planning a party, and many of us have tight budgets.

Tarrant Events Center has a BYOB and BYOF policy, meaning we encourage our clients to prepare the food themselves, serve beverages themselves, and do as much of the party prep themselves. Adopting a DIY attitude can, literally, save thousands of dollars.  You do not NEED a famous caterer.  You do not NEED a professional decorator, nor do you NEED professional entertainers.  There are options which do not cost nearly as much money, and our policy urges our clients to look at those options.  Our goal is to simply rent our party hall rental and to provide assistance and guidance when needed.

What we have suggested in this article can literally save you thousands of dollars.  It will require some due diligence, and it will require extra time spent in planning, but it will mean huge savings in the end.

A final word about Tarrant Events Center.
