Prices at TEC range from $850 to $2500, depending upon a half-day rental or a full-day rental, and which day of the week you rent. Weekends cost more than weekdays, which is standard in the event space rental industry. Our pricing is all-inclusive, meaning there are no surprises and no hidden fees. You lock in on a price when you sign the rental contract, and that’s the price you pay, period!
What we don’t do when we rent to you
We don’t prepare food. We don’t serve drinks. We don’t arrange for entertainment, we don’t do decorations, and we don’t do set-up or take-down. Now that may seem like a lot of things we don’t do, and it is, but we don’t do them for a reason: you save money by doing those things yourself. Allow us to explain.
If we arranged for catering for your event, like so many other birthday venues, we would charge you the cost of the food preparation plus a fee for finding a caterer for you. The same for bartending, the same for entertainment, and the same for decorating. We would do what you are fully capable of doing, and we would charge you a fee for doing it.
That just doesn’t seem fair to us. You are quite able to arrange for a caterer. You are quite able to arrange for music or a juggler or a bartender, and you can save money, oftentimes a great deal of money, by doing those things yourself.
