What does it all cost? You can plan on paying anyway from $1000 for a full rental session to $3000 or more, depending upon the event center you deal with.
Are there hidden costs/secondary costs?
Tarrant Events Center offers all-inclusive pricing, meaning there are no hidden costs or last-minute surprise fees. That leaves you to negotiate with different vendors for food, decorations, and entertainment, and the cost of those things i.e. food, decorations, entertainment, depend entirely upon you and the level of professionalism you are looking for. In other words, you control the secondary costs. You can reserve our reunion venue a full year in advance, and we will lock you into that rental fee, with no surprise additions to cost, for the full year.
