What is BYOB and BYOF in party planning?
BYOB and BYOF mean bring your own bottle and bring your own food, and it is the approach we use at Tarrant Events Center. We provide a finishing kitchen where prepared food can be stores, and we have two VIP rooms, one of which can easily serve as a mini bar, but the actual preparation of the food, and the preparation of the drinks/beverages, is left up to our clients to handle.
Why is this good news for you, the client? Seriously, have you priced food from a catering service lately? If you have, you are fully aware that prices have skyrocketed. Quite frankly, it is much less-expensive if you prepare the food for your party yourself. It may not carry a fancy name of some fancy caterer in your area, but trust us when we tell you that partygoers only care about one thing regarding food: does it taste good! They don’t care where it came from, so why not save money and have your party-planning team prepare it?
And do you really want to pay for a professional bartender/mixologist, when your cousin can mix drinks as well as anyone from his training days in the fraternity?

Some event centers will have you sign a package deal, with the price of a caterer/servers/bartender included in the rental price. Trust us when we tell you that those prices will be wildly inflated. Do not agree to that at all. Repeat after us: BYOB and BYOF are good. Package deals are bad!
