How many attendees will be at the reunion venue?
Tarrant Events Center can accommodate gatherings of between 50-300, depending upon the configuration of our floor design. We are limited from having more than that due to fire codes. This is important information you need to have when looking at reunion venues. Know how many attendees you have coming, and know the capacity of the places you are looking at.
What are your specific needs?
This is where you will really begin narrowing down the list of possible. Do you need indoor/outdoor room? Do you need a kitchen? Do you need more rooms than the main venue room? What do we mean by flexibility in design? Tarrant Events Center has ten floor plans to choose from. We have a moveable stage. We have an acre of landscaped grounds outside.
