“Cheap halls for rent” is a bit of a misleading search topic.  What is cheap event venues to someone living in Beverly Hills is by no means cheap to someone living in Des Moines, Iowa.  What is cheap for a national organization like the March of Dimes is not cheap for a local Boys Club troop.

In other words, cheap is in the eye of the beholder!

What do you need in a hall for rent?

We already know you need cheap, but what else do you need in a venue rental?  Make a list of your deal breaker needs. They might include the following:

  • $2000 or less
  • Good sound system
  • Ample parking
  • Able to hold 100 people
  • Tables
  • Chairs
  • Separate room for food preparation
  • Conveniently located

Now that you have your “must have” list, you are ready to begin your search.

But not so fast!  We suggest you increase the scope of your search.  Many wedding venues meet all of your requirements, as do many a party venue rental and cheap banquet halls and event hall rentals. You may miss the perfect hall for rent simply because you failed to look at cheap wedding venues.

So expand your search!  Look at all venues in your area.  Take on your search like the FBI looking for a most wanted criminal:

  • Compare prices
  • Determine amenities you need i.e. caterer, DJ, decorations
  • Compare the cost of amenities from independent vendors i.e. food truck
  • Choose the best match to your needs and budget

Yes, this will take some time.  If you are looking at cheap halls for rent, and your desire is to stay within a restricting budget, you will have to being your search at least one year in advance.

How to save money on an event venue

There are several ways you can save money for your event:

  • Choose a date opposite peak seasons
  • Provide the amenities either yourself or using alternative options i.e. your cousins boy band

We are what is known as a turnkey event center.  We offer the basic which apply to practically any event:

  • Event venue capable of handling 50-300 people
  • Tables
  • Chairs
  • Sound system
  • Monitors
  • Microphones
  • Lots of parking

What you do with all of that is your business.  We have a list of caterers and decorators and bartenders and DJ’s and food trucks we have worked with in the past, but you are under no obligation to use any of them.  We hand you the key, we wish you luck, and we get out of your way.

Our recommendations?  Use food trucks for the food, or bring a caterer in and have them use our finished kitchen at Tarrant Events Center.  Our reasonable price allows you to play with options for the amenities.

And that makes us one of the most affordable event space rentals in the Fort Worth area.
